We rest the dough for 36 hours for full flavor, then bake the morning of pickup. Slow craft, fresh delivery.

Reserve by Thursday
Pre-order through the week, cutoff is Thursday at 8pm for the weekend bake. Pay when you order; we confirm with a real human note.

Kitchen-door pickup Friday through Sunday, or local delivery on Saturdays inside our 12-mile radius.
